We had planned to stay the week to support J in his games which were to go through Saturday, so we just decided to take advantage of the situation! J. had signed a statement saying he would not participate in other sports while on the team, and his loyalty to the team kept him true! Now the season was over, we took the opportunity to find the slopes!
With help from WP - Thank you sis! we rented skies from BYU for J and L and headed to Solitude on Thursday. KL, V&KP, SS all came with us. B. stayed home for the morning and tended JH & BL. Then about 2:30 he brought SH up and switched for VP skies and graciously Granny and Gramps took the babes home for a few hours. It was so good to spend the day with KL and most of my kids! We traded back and forth with who was skiing higher slopes, and who was with Jr. team. By about noon Jr. team was confident enough we left them with my phone, and all headed to the heights! What a beautiful day!
Once again we didn't have a camera. We took pictures in our hearts! It was a beautiful day on the slopes, our Heavenly Father filled our hearts with adventure and peace. Thank you!
