Wednesday morning we tried to start anew, with a FUN scooter ride to KL house and then to the 7-11 for slurpees! So fun! BL rode in a backpack and loved coming! BH was not there, he had business mtgs downtown. He met us at the 7-11 and brought JH and BL home.
In the afternoon we had the beautiful opportunity to take our family to the Draper Temple Open house. My parents have each spent several days volunteering there as thousands have visited the temple prior to it's dedication. KL has also volunteered a few days in the temple, and took a few minutes to talk to my kids about symbolism she had noticed inside the temple. It was beautiful to have all my family there! I regret that we didn't have a camera! Our little one broke last week, and we didn't take the big one. One thing that was pointed out by Granny was the squares. The power of the arm raised to the square, and the squares in the structure of the temple. There were squares all over inside! The power of the square seems to be a theme of this temple! Power.
It was so beautiful to have all my family in the Celestial room! My Sr. team asked very good questions, and noticed details inside that impressed me! I am grateful they are sensitive to spiritual things! It was a beautiful day! Thanks Granny & Gramps for coming with us! This was definately Rich Food for our souls!
