John Bytheway opened our youth conference with a talk about the war chapters in the Book of Mormon. He talked about the miracles that had taken place, and how those without spiritual eyes saw the miracles, and attributed them to just "strange things!" That was the beginning of the display of miracles for the youth of our stake! I have listed many in the posts of the past few days. There were thousands of miracles wrought so quickly and miraculously, I stand in awe at the magnitude of the power of our Father to care for every detail!
I was trying to find the scripture he quoted on Sunday to share in my testimony, when this one wouldn't let me turn the page: Alma 37:40-41 And it did work for them according to their faith in God; therefore, if they had faith to believe that God could cause that those spindles should point he way they should go, behold it was done; therefore they had this miracle and also many other miracles wrought by the power of God day by day. Nevertheless, because those miracles were worked by small means it did show unto them marvelous works. They were slothful and forgot to exercise their faith and diligence and then those marvelous works ceased, and they did not progress in their journey... because of their transgressions.
I testify that those same mighty works, those same miracles by small means happen today in my life! They happen frequently! Every post in this blog, bears testimony of Him, even my Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, and their companion even the Holy Ghost. Of this I testify.
