Little Disturbances & Smile-Adventures!

Oh how picky and impatient I am! How silly to let little things like not being able to reach the floor, or the fact that my eye sight is slipping bug me! The joys of pregnancy! I know that with Jakob during the final weeks, my eye sight deteriorated as well, I panicked and worried about it, not wanting to admit that I couldn't see words on the chalkboard. Then right after I gave birth, it was as if the water over my eyes cleared, and I could see again! Thankfully! Similar story right now, the words get a little fuzzier each week in Sunday school. My ankles are getting a bit swollen, and I dread rolling over. Wondering if I will make it through this one more time! I have a wart on my right foot that I have had burned off several times, but for some reason when I am pregnant, it always seems to get bigger. Maybe it has something with my longing to paint my toenails, but my inability to hold my breathe long enough to do it, so my feet really bug me. Anyway, recently I have determined I am going to get rid of that annoyance! I found a natural cure of apple cider vinegar. It is quite painful, but the instructions I found said to just soak a little piece of cotton ball in the vinegar and tape it to the spot with a bandaid or medical tape. Warning: Painful! Since I was doing it anyway, I decided that there are two little warts on my left hand that I wanted to get rid of as well. Now three days into this treatment, I can't believe how much pain a little vinegar can inflict! Seriously! I will record that all of them have turned black, and the websites say that they will turn black, and then fall off. They warn that it may take a couple of weeks, or even a month if there are many, I am SO grateful I only have a few spread in different spots, and the biggest on my right foot is the only one I really care if I get rid of!

Seriously, such a little thing! I am so blessed! I am grateful for the health that we have all enjoyed, and recognize the health we have all had as an absolute miracle and tender mercy for our family to have the entire summer without so much as a cough until after Elder Harr reported to the MTC! We have been blessed beyond measure with time together to make memories that will last I believe for eternity!

We got our first letter from Elder Harr! Yea! We also got a call from C in Virginia that he is doing good. Grateful to hear of their adventures and successes! Smile-Adventures!

Today L and S are on a round-up in the mountains above Pine Mountain with several from our area! I am grateful to good people who own horse trailers, and invite my kids to go on great adventures like that! They spent the day yesterday working hard to be ready to go today and tomorrow, including having the shoes on both Coda and Dash worked on so they will be ready! These two have become quite the horse experts! They do it all on their own (not sure how other neighbors feel about that, but they don't seem to mind!)
