Welcome M & M

A new cousin has come to earth, a little girl born last night to K & J M. We are thrilled to welcome her to earth! K has always been such a girly girl! She deserves to be the beautiful mother to... at least one beautiful girl! Congrats K & M and boys! Heavenly!

Interesting. I learned that the rules at the hospital are that no one under the age of 14, unless immediate family, are allowed to visit. Why 14? I have an inkling! We send our innocent, very young ones away to these institutions, these incubators of disease and wonder why they struggle with health! We fight against the infections of the world, through something called immunizations, believing that the "specialists" of the world know best. 14 is an interesting age. Older than the 12, or 8. Not until age 14 are they considered old enough by the hospital to not catch or carry the disease of the world. Hello! Yes, I believe by about 14 my children are ready to enter the world, to begin a new phase of their learning styles, to branch out and experience new things... but not before that! I am so grateful for the freedoms of America which allow me to hold my little ones around me, cherishing those formative years, and praying I can be in tune to lead and guide, to go together learning, growing, progressing, advancing and becoming the sons and daughters our Father would have us become. By 14, the age of the Prophet Joseph, ready to take careful new steps into the future of our mission here on earth. Enlightening, tender, carefully synchronized, loving, life shaping steps into eternity!

Loving those first 14 years together with little ones around my knee, struggling to understand the transition and next leg, what my role as mother, friend, sister, teacher, is in each leg of this race we call earth life.

I am grateful for the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ which helps me with every step of the way! I am grateful for a living Prophet, even Thomas S. Monson who directs the Lord's work here on earth. I am thankful for For the Strength of Youth, and The Proclamation on the Family which guide, direct, and remind me to focus on those things that matter most.
