May 6th, 2011 what a day! Liesl participated in Graduation from Dixie State College this morning with her Associate Degree. She actually completed all the requirements in December of 2010, however they don't hold commencement exercises in December, and so she had to wait until today to walk through the D and be recognized. Mom and I attended the luncheon for her graduation with honors from the college, she is 17 today, but really had the goal of completing this while she was 16 and she did! Good Job Beautiful! She radiated today!
Following graduation, we gathered at our home to participate in another beautiful experience! C was ordained a Priest by his Dad! Grandpa's were both present, and we missed J! I am so grateful to have the Priesthood of God in my home. I am grateful to have a worthy husband model correct principals for his children, and for C who is worthy and excited to advance in the Priesthood! I am thankful to have a Dad who is so strong in the gospel who teaches and cares about my kids! I am thankful for my family and for the bounteous blessings we enjoy! Laus Deo!
