Off to sing with my Resurrection Puppets and lots of new songs including How Could the Father, Did Jesus Really Live Again, and this one! I'm taking my shakers and ribbon wands too. Praying for help today!
Follow up: I grabbed my folder of footprints on my way out the door, and they were perfect! I put them around the permiter of the room and into the hall. We sang I Lived in Heaven with the puppets. Then I invited them to step on the footprints and we sang If the Savior Stood Beside Me. I occassionally called "Freeze" and asked what the next word was. They did great! In Sr. sometimes my fabulous pianst would stop playing and expect the kids to keep singing so we could hear them. They did great!
We sang Popcorn Popping and tied in the new birth of spring. We did the egg shakers with I am a Child of God.
I enjoyed the spirit there today. I know that we will be resurrected as our Savior Jesus Christ was. I know He lives! I have been humming... "Hosanna, Blessed be the Name of the Most High God" all week! I love my Savior and my Heavenly Parents! Hosanna!
