What Happens Next? Christmas Devotional 2013.... Gather, Include, Serve & Lift - Powerful Instructions!
These quick notes are mine from the LDS Christmas Devotional. It was powerful! I am grateful for Sister Wixom's message that was just for me!
I was actually on splits with the Sister Missionaries the night of this devotional, but got to watch it with my family the next night for Family Home Evening. I am so grateful for a great family who knows that time like this is important! This message was just for me!
These are my rough notes that I want to save someplace where I can find them again....
The wonder and the awe of Christmas is just the beginning. Christmas has given us purpose for living and what happens next depends on how we embrace our Savior Jesus Christ and follow him we see light in others.
Hear the joy of hope and anticipate
Gather include serve and lift (Really consider this choice of words! I love this list and hope I can do this especially this Christmas time, always!)
Counting the days until we more intently feel his influence baptism a missionary
Seek him and feel his influence
Become as little children
Beautiful plan through his son we can can return and live with him and enjoy all that the father hath!
What happens next! He that receiveth me receiveth my father and my father’s kingdom
Be ready to receive him gives all new meaning to being ready for December 25th.

His gift to us IS what happens next it is true and He did it for you!
