"Heaven-sent lift will be found for heaven-sent duties."

I am so grateful for personal revelation and blessings!  Tonight my boys are out camping in some frozen parking lot with hundreds of other scouts at the annual Klondike Campout. I am grateful for a husband who chooses to actively participate always!  He doesn't want to miss out on the tender experiences of life!  Tonight he took a generator and heaters for each tent.  Some years they build snow caves and that keeps them somehow insulated but this year there is not enough snow!  So they took heaters to put into each tent.  Funny!

Life has been bustling with activity! I have missed writing here. I love the opportunity to record details that are fleeting quickly.  In my struggle to be private and yet record my heart. This blog has some problem when I try to mark it private. Then it disappears completely and won't open even for me. I felt that I didn't know who or why others were intruding here, I felt for a time I should make this blog private, and in so doing, I haven't been able to post or record here.  I love recording and documenting the details.  So tonight I have marked it not private at least momentarily so I can record tender mercies!

I continue to attend the temple on Wednesday mornings.  My J is living at home presently and he gets up with me to go week after week. We both roll out of our warm covers at 4:30 a.m. to attend the Holy Temple to be tutored from on high!  I am so grateful for inspiration found there!  This week the messages for me were found as I opened the scriptures waiting in the chapel.  They opened to Mormon chapter 9, specifically these words:

I say unto you that whoso believeth in Christ, doubting nothing, whatsoever he shall ask the Father in the name of Christ it shall be granted him; and this promise is unto all, even unto the ends of the earth.

Be wise in the days of your probation; strip yourselves of all uncleanness; ask not, that ye may consume it on your lusts, but ask with a firmness unshaken, that ye will yield to no temptation, but that ye will serve the true and living God.
See that ye are not baptized unworthily; see that ye partake not of the sacrament of Christ unworthily; but see that ye do all things in worthiness, and do it in the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God; and if ye do this, and endure to the end, ye will in nowise be cast out.
Condemn me not because of mine imperfection, neither my father, because of his imperfection, neither them who have written before him; but rather give thanks unto God that he hath made manifest unto you our imperfections, that ye may learn to be more wise than we have been.  (Here is a link to this chapter for reference)
I am so grateful for tender mercies!  Many of these words were just for me!  Tonight as I have sought inspiration and guidance alone here in the dark, these words were for me this evening:
We are children of the noble birthright, who must carry on in spite of our foredetermined status to be broadly outnumbered and widely opposed. Challenges lie ahead for the Church and for each member divinely charged toward self-improvement and service.
How is it possible to achieve the “impossible”? Learn and obey the teachings of God. From the holy scriptures, heaven-sent lift will be found for heaven-sent duties. To so achieve, at least three basic scriptural themes loom repeatedly as requirements.  (From this great talk by Elder Russell M. Nelson which I was guided to tonight by a miracle of it's very own! Laus Deo!)
These basic scripture themes are worth reviewing!  Not coincidentally these are the very topics I taught last night to our cub scouts at pack meeting! The theme was "Yes I Can."  I employed the two classics of the Little Engine that Could and my hero Nephi.  They both used those same basic requirements. Last night I made 5 posters using the words:  Knowledge, Strength, Courage, Faith, and Joy!
I love the Mormon Music channel!  I love to turn it on while I click here in the darkness and the messages are often just for me! Like this one that played just minutes ago!

I testify that He Does find a way!  Thank you Heavenly Father for finding ways into my world to say you love me!  I love you!
