Yesterday was Sam's farewell. He has said for months that he would serve a mission if he didn't have to have a farewell. Not much chance of that!
He did a great job! He was assigned a perfect talk for him to speak on the Campfire of Faith from last conference. He didn't share personal experiences but he did a great job! Jakob and Brinley were both asked to be the youth speakers. So we had lots of our family participating. Then the day before, unaware of the farewell the primary secretary asked if Stephen would give the talk right after in Primary. It was perfect to give me a reason to leave right after and go help Stephen, avoiding any conflicts with visitors.
Jakob talked about preparing to serve a mission. Brinley's topic was making Christ the center of our lives. They both did great!!!
